Cradled in the rugged arms of the stately pine, maple, and birch, we pause on granite shores, with our faithful canine companion, and reflect on times past. Leaves wave and flutter in the freshness, twigs snap, and the forest floor cushions our every step as we welcome each crest and bend on our path.
