Brush strokes record this primal land in ways unseen before. Colour and textures are borrowed from the landscapes with imaginative flare, as thoughts of profit are replaced by the appreciation of nature’s priceless gifts. Seek the patience and understanding of names such as Thomson, Jackson, and Harris, as you pass through these lands. Their memories live forever in brief moments bathed in sunlit splendour and cloud shrouded mystery. Take time to pause, reflect, and admire this gift presented to all of us by the painter.
This island oasis shelters us from all distractions. Far from constant connectiveness and worries brought on by leaders with misguided direction. We rejoice in the blessing of this place, and give thanks in the knowledge that we are truly alone.
Breaking waves caress the inhabitants of distant shores in hypnotic rhythms. Pebbles glisten and turn, becoming one with the smooth and rippled sand beneath them. A lone Pine clings to all that supports it, and life continues on Huron’s shores.
Another day draws to a close, as violet hues settle on rocky shores like dusk’s final shroud. Reflect on the joys and accomplishments of the day gone by, and give thanks for those yet to come. Breathe in the calm, and release any burdens into the soothing arms of Amethyst breezes.
