Compass

Compass

From the initial struggle for precious life, we seek our own direction. The world is witness to our compassionate spirit and drive, as we support each other in our many accomplishments. Excellence in all we touch creates opportunities for self-centred materialism, or a dedication to the health and welfare of others. We move in quiet contemplation in the direction of laughter. A laughter that transcends pain. A laughter that lights all who move towards it. Choosing the well worn path results in achievements that satisfy some, but navigating stormy seas brings an exhilaration experienced by a select few. Be brave my paddle, be strong my canoe……. when the reckless waters of life we have to plunge into. As the sun fades on skies of crimson hues, know that you have chosen the direction of fulfilment, service, and unselfishness. Listen to your heart. Follow life’s true compass.

    Algonquin Embers

Darkness descends on all who dwell here. Silhouettes emerge from granite pedestals set on fluid plains, but one stands out as a visitor to this primal land. Light ignites in feathery plumage dividing a placid sky. Ribbons curl on Eastern breezes, scattering celestial diamonds for all to see. Protect this place. Embrace its warmth and special gifts. Let its soul burn within you like Algonquin embers.
