The Messenger

The Messenger

Messengers of different kinds deliver news that brings joy into our lives, but much too often they also come with news of loss and future suffering. The icebergs of the North Atlantic are awe inspiring, and a sight of natural beauty, but they are also messengers of a climate change that quite possibly could effect the globe we live on. Since 1979, when satellite record keeping began, Arctic sea ice has been disappearing, due to greenhouse gases, by about 38,000 square miles annually. The messenger will continue to knock on our doors, but whether we heed the warning and act is up to all of us. This is the challenge of The Messenger. ARTIST WANTS TO SELL PRICE $1,795.00 (REGULAR PRICE $2,995.00)

    Kayak Series #10

This collector piece is one out of a growing edition that I started creating in 2016. You will notice that the edition number and the artist’s signature is engraved on the back of the kayak, so as more pieces are created in the Kayak Series in the future, the lower edition numbers will translate to an increase in value with the passage of time.

    Huron Shores

Breaking waves caress the inhabitants of distant shores in hypnotic rhythms.  Pebbles glisten and turn, becoming one with the smooth and rippled sand beneath them.  A lone Pine clings to all that supports it, and life continues on Huron’s shores.

    Canoe Song

Listen to the quiet tone of paddles stroking cool, clear, depths, as the swirl of gentle breezes soothe the haunting call of the loon. Ripples on rocky shores glisten, keeping time as they rise and fall in ancient rhythms. Choose to join nature’s symphony, with a genuine respect for all of its instruments, and rejoice in the subtle melodies of the canoe song.
